By accessing or using OG Pilot, including requesting AI-generated imagery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or business changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and, when material, provide notice through the service or email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
OG Pilot generates Open Graph and social preview assets for one-off links or connected domains using artificial intelligence. You can submit a single URL for instant previews, connect a domain for autopilot generation and analytics, or use the API for programmatic control. Output times and formats may vary depending on system load and third-party model availability.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and capable of entering a binding contract to use OG Pilot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you connect a domain, you agree to complete the verification steps we provide (such as adding a DNS TXT record) to confirm ownership or authorization to use that domain.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the prompts, copy, logos, brand assets, URLs, or other content you supply to OG Pilot and that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party rights. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the generated imagery is accurate, legally compliant, and fit for your intended use before publishing or distributing it.
You may not use the service to impersonate others, misrepresent ownership, or generate assets for domains you do not control or have permission to use.
AI outputs may include imprecisions, artifacts, or unexpected results. OG Pilot does not guarantee that generated images will meet your creative, branding, or performance expectations, nor that they will be free from errors or third-party content. You acknowledge that AI outputs are generated automatically based on the inputs you provide and external model behavior; OG Pilot is not responsible for reviewing, moderating, or assuring the suitability of any output. You agree to review every generated asset, make any necessary edits, and obtain any approvals or clearances required for your use case.
Pricing is displayed within the product at the time of purchase. Fees may be charged per one-off request, as recurring subscription fees, or for credit top-ups, as described in the checkout flow. Taxes may apply depending on your billing location. Because generative services are fulfilled immediately, all purchases are final once the assets are successfully delivered unless required otherwise by law. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us at support@ogpilot.com so we can assist or issue a refund at our discretion.
Subject to full payment, OG Pilot assigns to you any rights we may have in the generated imagery. We may retain copies for backup, troubleshooting, improving the service, and complying with legal obligations. You may not hold OG Pilot responsible for any claims arising from your use of the outputs and must secure all necessary permissions for downstream distribution.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the OG Pilot Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the handling of data as outlined there, including the transfer of prompts and assets to infrastructure and AI partners that help us deliver the experience.
OG Pilot integrates with third-party payment processors, hosting providers, and AI model vendors. We may also use CDN delivery and analytics tools to provide previews and performance insights. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these parties, and their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Pilot provides the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
OG Pilot will not be liable for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order during the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OG Pilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Timisoara, Romania, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
