OG Pilot MCP

This connector is not listed in Anthropic's directory or OpenAI's apps portal yet. Use it as a custom Claude connector or a ChatGPT developer-mode app.

One tool: generate_og_image

• Required: url — the public page to generate a preview for
• Optional: style — an existing OG Pilot design style. Default is auto-detect.

Generation uses the same paste-a-URL Creator pipeline as the homepage checkout. The tool waits until the image is ready (often 15–90 seconds for fal.ai + Tailwind), then returns the hosted image URL. Clients that accept image content also receive the image bytes. Retrying the same URL reuses a generation already in flight or finished in the last 30 minutes instead of charging again.

Billing matches homepage checkout (the public one-off Stripe price), not the template-only generations product. An active trial is not enough. Connect the connector, then generate. Unpaid guests get the same one-off Stripe Checkout as the homepage — pay, then ask again. If you connect while signed in to an OG Pilot account with a subscribed credit balance, one credit is reserved. MCP does not burn domain JWT image-quota. Limit: 10 MCP generations per hour per connector session.

On Free, Pro, and Max:

1. Open Customize → Connectors
2. Click Add custom connector
3. Enter https://ogpilot.com/mcp
4. Leave OAuth client ID/secret blank unless Claude asks you to paste values from a failed register
5. Click Add, then Connect and allow access on the OG Pilot consent page
6. Enable the connector in the chat + menu

On Team and Enterprise, an owner first adds the custom connector under Organization settings → Connectors. Members then Connect from Customize → Connectors.

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings and turn on Developer mode
2. Open Apps / Connectors and create a developer-mode app
3. Name it OG Pilot and set the server URL to https://ogpilot.com/mcp
4. Choose OAuth. Do not submit this app to the OpenAI apps portal
5. Allow access on the OG Pilot consent page when ChatGPT opens it
6. Scan tools and enable generate_og_image

Developer mode is for testing custom MCP servers. Settings labels move around; look for Developer mode under Security, Advanced, or workspace permissions.

Connecting this MCP server lets Claude or ChatGPT generate images for the connector session. We store OAuth client and token metadata, the page URLs you submit, and the generated assets. See the Privacy Policy.
