We collect the information you provide directly (such as your name, email address, billing details, domain names you connect, DNS verification records, API key metadata, and any copy or brand assets you upload for image generation) as well as automatically collected technical data (including log files, device details, cookies, and analytics events). We also store the URLs you submit for one-off or automated generation, along with the resulting assets. If you contact us for support, we retain the details you share so we can resolve your request.
We process personal data to operate and improve OG Pilot, fulfill and deliver your generated assets, verify domain ownership, issue API keys, provide customer support, personalize your experience, send transactional communications, and maintain the security of our services. We may also use aggregated, de-identified information to understand usage trends and improve features.
To create images, we may transmit the prompts, URLs, and other materials you supply to trusted infrastructure partners and AI model providers. We may also fetch metadata (such as titles, images, and colors) from the URLs you submit to build previews. These processors handle the content solely to deliver the requested outputs and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Do not upload or request content that includes personal data you are not authorized to share.
We rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the service, performance of a contract to deliver requested features, and your consent where required by law (for example, when storing optional cookies or sending marketing communications).
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide OG Pilot, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Generated assets, prompts, API activity logs, and related content may be kept so you can access past work, but you can request deletion at any time. We employ commercially reasonable safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate OG Pilot (such as cloud hosting, CDN delivery, payment processors, analytics, and AI platforms) and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their work. You can update account details, revoke API keys, disconnect domains, opt out of non-essential communications, request deletion of stored prompts and assets, or exercise data protection rights by contacting us. OG Pilot is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
